DESCRIPTION The manual end changer system can be a simple, compact and low-cost system for processing up to two different product arrays. It is most suitable for smaller products in medium to high production volumes.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS The operator loads one side and the robot works on the other. When the operator has finished loading they either manually rotate the system or presses the “loader pushbutton” to automatically change ends and the cycle is then repeated.
PRODUCT CHANGES Jobs are fixed into position to ensure repeatability. Fixtures are usually located on dowels to ensure they are correctly positioned when replaced.
