I constantly monitor any infringements - it is very easy to do and impossible to go un-noticed. Directories or any other sites linking to my stolen copyright will have a Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 1998 (DMCA) notice served upon them and they will be required by law to remove the offenders.

Search engine banning is very difficult to repair and may mean you will have to buy a new domain name to be re-included.
